Cancellation Policy
How cancellations, date changes and refunds are handled for stays with Unity Living Estates.
Cancelling a Stay
To cancel, contact us in writing as early as you can. The cancellation terms that apply to your stay are the ones confirmed with your booking.
Changing Dates
Where the calendar allows, we will always try to move your stay rather than cancel it. Any difference in price for the new dates will be confirmed before the change is made.
Refunds
Any refund due is returned to the original payment method. Where a connected booking platform took the payment, the refund is processed through that provider.
Longer and Relocation Stays
Extended stays are usually arranged with a notice period rather than a fixed cancellation date. The notice period is agreed with you in writing before the stay begins.
Cancellation by Us
We would only cancel in exceptional circumstances, such as a property becoming unsafe or unavailable. In that case we will offer a suitable alternative home where possible, or a full refund.
